I have always worked out on and off for sports in high shool and college.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because I like to see the results of my hard work in the weight room.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by not wanting to let myself get out of shape because it is easier to maintain as opposed to starting over.
