How I Started:
I was the typical out of shape kid. Never morbidly obese, but I was about 225lbs at roughly 27% bodyfat for quite some time. Long story short I basically stopped eating and started running five miles a day along with weightlifting, blah blah blah bad idea etc. etc. and ended up at an unhealhily skinny 140lbs at about 5% bodyfat. Now I'm doing things right and am working my way up to a goal of roughly 240-250lbs at 5-7% bodyfat.
Why I Love It:
I've really enjoyed the transformation that I've seen thus far and I like to see the results week after week as I slowly improve myself.

I did some calculations and according to like 15 questionnaire our weight class on this diet needs 121 ounces of water today, or 3.6 liters. In case you wanted to know.
