I've always worked out ever since high school.
Why I Love It:
This my sound a little shallow but hay. I just love the way i look with my shirt off and the reaction i get from the ladyies at the pool.

The beach. I also have a fear of getting fat.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
low carb. very little salt. very little sauces. I do snack when I feel just in little moderation. I eat junk food every day just in very small amounts.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

I've just found out I gained 7lbs and I'm a little mortified about that going to hit the gym hard gotta get those abs ripped before I goto the beach in may and july so I think i got time.
