Right now I start with an AM workout (right when I get up)
100 Rope skips
30 mins cardio (I have an elliptical, bike, and punching bag and choose one) or 20-30 min conditioning circuit (typically bodyweight oriented).
100 rope skips to end.
Rope skips are more skill learning at this point...
