Did sports in high school-track and cross country, but didn't pick up weight-lifting till late my junior year. I was just tired of being called "the incredible stick man"!
Why I Love It:
It just feels good-there's just nothing like giving it your all in the gym, getting that pump and just feeling unstoppable!
How I Stay Motivated:
The results that I see myself achieving over time. Also, pig out days help keep me motivated!

This was taken before I really started trying to cut out fat and eat clean, not to mention bust my butt doing crazy amounts of cardio! I weighed around 175 pounds here and I was around 14% body fat.
I kinda feel like I'm just staying in the same place as far as my results, but my lifts are going up, and I'm not gaining fat, so at least that's a good thing!

Goal (Long):
My first goal is to just get ripped. Then I'll work on bulking up! I think another 5-10 lbs. should do it, then it's time to bulk up! I plan to have shed these pounds by the beginning of October and begin my bulking phase shortly thereafter.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 7 lb

Got up at 4:50 this morning to run 2 miles. The best part of the whole thing was that I did it in under 12 minutes! My times as well as my body fat have been decreasing steadily! :)
great progress man, just curious - u ever wrestle in school??? im about the same size 5'8 150 or so in great shape - loookin for others that like to wrestle - put the muscle to work and get a good workout too?
