How I Started:
2 years ago i was overweight and decided to get into the gym and lose some pounds as a newyears resolution. As a result i managed to lose about 40lbs and i felt amazing! then i just kind of lost the momentum and was too busy with life and relationships. With neglecting my body and failing to keep up with avidly working out I managed to gain back the 40lbs plus another 30 on top of that! So here i am back on track and vowing to stick to my goals and work harder than ever to not let the same thing happen twice! Also i am doing this for my over all health! i want to be a health nut!
Why I Love It:
I love the satisfaction i feel after a good workout. BIG stress reliver and confidence motivator! Also there is nothing better than a hot shower after an intense workout you just feel amazing!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the women who have come so far and worked so hard for their bodies. I just get excited when i think one day that will be me!

had my first cheat meal yesterday at my aunts house for my cousins birthday. Tons of filipino food! Can't say i felt really good after the meal...felt more guilty than ever and a little sick but its not like i could refuse the food filipinos pretty much make u eat there food or else its an...
