Overall Goal: "Bulk without the bulge." Need to gain strength and mass without gaining "extra" weight and fat.

When I Started:
1998
How I Started:
I First started working out in 7th grade my dad had a bench in the basement. I Started Bodybuilding in 2004 when I worked as a personnel trainer at a gym called "Wild Horse Fitness" In St. Louis. Gym is no-more. I have ever since tried to boost my body to look like Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman.
Why I Love It:
Because when I walk into a gym with my "wifebeater" T-shirt on and sweat pants with my gloves on and IPOD blaring. People stare at me as a fling the 100+ pound dumbbells around and I'm sure most of them think I am on roids or something. But most of all when I walk into a room everyone notices me no matter what I wear and I can feel the whole room get tence.
How I Stay Motivated:
well let's just say that Motley Crue, Van Halen, and AC/DC do most of the talking. Plus the motivation that I can walk down the street and people steer clear of me if they don't know me.
BB Accomplishments:
My Max Bench press ever achieved is 500lbs
Max Barbell Curl 275lbs. in highschool
Most recently I barbell shrugged 500lbs, military pressed 350, incline and decline pressed 350, Pushed my bench back to 405, and 12 years after I started lifting I still hit the gym like a raging bull in a china shop.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I have to get pumped up with Van Halen, Scorpions, Atreyu, and Motley Crue.

Do you have a significant other?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
I have been married to my wonderful wife for 4 years this past
December. And she is not the most active person. She would rather lay around and read a book or watch a movie. But she knows that I need and reap the benefits of a gym rat. She knows that if I miss one training day at the gym, she will hate life. So she always figures that into our plans. She is awesome.I have been married to my wonderful wife for 4 years this past

So I recently had a weigh in and I was 254lbs with 13% BF, which my last one which was about 1 month ago, was 260 and 18%. I am loving life. Now for the hard part, lifting big without a bulk session. For you see I have to get ready for this damn deployment and can't risk gaining any extra...
i think you need to decide whats most important to you, gaining mass and strength or getting leaner and more cut, unfortunately you cant have the best of both worlds, you need to alternate between the two.
Hey dude, just decided to give up on that crap I bought last weekend (PMD Platinum Pump Fuel) and just ordered some NaNO Vapor. Hopefully I'll have it for Friday morning, but if I don't I still have some NO-Xplode left. This other stuff, even at two scoops, feels useless.
