My Nutrition consists in protein!

I have 8-7 meals a day in the mornings i start with my oatmeal around 12 a protein bar, then tuna, grilled chicken, protein shake( mass peak) Almonds a full hand, salad and las peanut butter sandwiches :p

Andres15 y haciendo lo suabe y lento, sintiendo bn el musculo, mis workaouts ya no pasan de una hora y 2o minutos .... estoy enfocando me en la intensida sin descansar mucho tiempo..... estoy tomando proteina, y casein Y whey y amino acidos, estoy tratando ya es de marcarme porq ya viene el verano por eso pare la creatina y pare el weight gainer.... voz q estas tomando oq y q mas como va tu training bueno se cuida parce!!!
