Training for sports, gym classes. Really got into it Senior year of High School when I started to see gains.
Why I Love It:
The ability to be stronger, bigger, and better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Try to increase weight/reps everytime
BB Accomplishments:
Max Bench- 275 when I weighed 140.
1000 pound club in high school weighing 125
100 push-ups in 60 seconds (approved by Military)
