How I Started:
I started running when my senior year of highschool.
Why I Love It:
I love running it cleares my mind and I see the way my body looks and it makes me feel great about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reminding myself of my progress and effort I have put in to being able to be a runner. Looking in the mirror always help as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Kepping my weight down, building my endurance, toning my body and feeling great.

My daily work out that i pretty much never change is to go for a run on the treadmill for 3-1/2 miles at the speed of 5.5 with out stopping to build strength and discipline...abs 5 sets of 40...from time to time 10-15 min on stairmaster...
