Usually do 4-6 sets of 8-12 reps, but I'll mix it up and train for strength and do like 2-6 sets of 1-5 reps. I also do incorporate some powerlifting such as cleans and snatches. It's hard for us girls to put on muscle and still lose BF haha but I just keep going heavier an the results are coming

Lots of big movements... Deadlifts, squats, overhead lunges, step ups, pullups, bench variations(DB, flat, incline), push up variations, rows, overhead presses... That kinda thing lol

Thank you!! Trying to add muscle and lose BF haha ... Been lifting heavier and seeing good results, thinking about doing a BB show sometime next year, just wanna see what's the best weight/composition for my body.

I've never competed. Don't know if I would do BB what... I have a lot of cutting to do and see what weight I'm at afterwards, then decide which category I'd fit in best haha...You're in Marietta? I'm Alpharetta :)
