Saw the changes that could be made and wanted to take myself to the next level.
Why I Love It:
Nothing can make a person more confident than seeing the transformation that being in shape brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am constantly looking at fitness models, and I seriously mean CONSTANTLY. Also, keep looking in the mirror and take a realistic look at your body and visualize where you want to take it!!

Gain a few more lbs of muscle and lose a little BF... then maybe compete next year?? ;)
Goal (Long):
I want a body I am not afraid to show off. I want to feel and look better for MYSELF. I want to finally do cardio without bitching...if that is possible. I want to feel great about who I am. I want to be me...only a better version.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb
