Fit Status:  ...Getting stronger and lifting a ton more than expected. Definitely am upping the cardio or I will hit 150 by Christmas at this rate lol

Nothing can make a person more confident than seeing the transformation that being in shape brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am constantly looking at fitness models, and I seriously mean CONSTANTLY. Also, keep looking in the mirror and take a realistic look at your body and visualize where you want to take it!!
