How I Stay Motivated:
I am constantly looking at fitness models, and I seriously mean CONSTANTLY. Also, keep looking in the mirror and take a realistic look at your body and visualize where you want to take it!!

Okay. What are your sets like? I too am trying to gain weight but stay slim. For the most part, it is hard to try and gain while trying to lose BF but its not impossible. I've recently come across this workout routine that allows you to gain strenght and size while maintaining bf. You may even loose a few pounds in the process. It's powerlifting meet bodybiulding type of routine.

Hey Doll thank you! I plan on switching to bikini next year, as far as your comps go, I would think about how far you'd like to go. Realize that the big bb's are beyond HUGE, I would say stay feminine, go for figure because even those girls have a large amount of muscle on them.
