How I Started:
First started lifting with a (then) boyfriend, then loved it so much I decided to continue it on my own. Its been a great outlet and fantastic hobby for me.
Why I Love It:
Love the way it makes me look and feel...plus it has numerous health benefits.
How I Stay Motivated:
First off, I try to motivate myself b/c if you don't motivate yourself who will? Secondly, I get a lot of motivation from the phenomenal women on this site :)

Goal (Long):
I was at one point considering a figure and after taking some gymnastics lessons considering fitness competitions but after a while I discovered that that wasn't the right path nor fit for me. So now I'm focused on the sole goal of consistently challenging myself physically. I like that its a variety of things and not pegged solely to one thing.
But to keep this more related to typical bodybuilding goals, mine is to gain muscle/strength.

well bulking is good but your right after you get done bulking you have to get all the extra things off to trimmed back down but continue to do what you because you really caught my eye
