Cottonwood High Attended 1997 to 1999 Salt Lake City, Utah United States
When I Started:
Jan, 1995
How I Started:
My mom got me started working out when I was a young age and it has been something that has been a part of my life ever since. I have learned alot about my body and what works for me.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. It is the one things in my life that I have been able to stick to and accomplish. I love to see the results and something I have power over.
How I Stay Motivated:
1.My Kids! I want to be healthy and a good example to them.2. Music! Working out would be soooo boring without it.3.Other people motivate me and I am greatful that we all have each other to inspire!
BB Accomplishments:
After my divorce 3 years ago I decided it was time to put more effort into my diet and training. I have been working out since I was 14 but never really taking it to the next level. I have ran a 26.2 marathon and a 13.2 marathon. I have really come to love running! Currently I am working more on bodybuilding. I feel a great accomplishment when people say they can't believe I have 3 kids and I look the way I do, however we are our own worst critics and I want to look at myself in the mirror and be 100 percent satisfied with what I see. It's about enjoying the journey while getting there. I believe no matter how far I get in this body shaping venture I will always want more as I move forward in life.

I thought I could run my ass off ha! ha! Although running a marathon was a great accomplishment for me it doesn't change your body like eating clean and proper exercize.
Combination of Eating clean, no cheats and lifting weights vs. eating carbs and running alot!
Very Knowledgable and passionate about training and diet! He has helped me personally a great deal. He has increased my knowledge about training and nutrition as well as helping me personal train others! Thanks a bunch friend!
