My Workout Program
As of 9/1/11 I have been maintaining one hour workouts a day. Cardio everyday. Weights a few times a week. It has been a maintaining season for me untill im finished with school soon. Transformations will be starting very soon! Loving and appreciating every cycle my body/mind/spirit goes through.
As of 01/01/11 start my day with morning yoga. I train 7 days a week. I listen to,my body and what needs attention on certain days. I run 3 days a week. I do step/combat classes, cycle and do elliptical in addition. I keep my weight training with super sets , no rest. I usually do a bodypart per day, legs twice a week, focusing the whole body with high reps and low to med weights. All my workouts are focused with intensity. If I feel my body needs something different I adjust it up just a bit. This works well for me right now
5-10 min warm up
-one-two muscele group a day! Intense, no rest with ab or lower back workout in between sets. 30-45 min
-20-45 min speed train, moderate resistance cardio/ or combat class.
-15 min straight Abs
Full body stretch
30 min speed intense low resistance cardio or combat class following 15 min abs/sauna
Seventh day workout-Full body conditioning a mix of weights, body resistance, bleachers and cardio at home or at a track.
