Cottonwood High Attended 1997 to 1999 Salt Lake City, Utah United States
When I Started:
Jan, 1995
How I Started:
My mom got me started working out when I was a young age and it has been something that has been a part of my life ever since. I have learned alot about my body and what works for me.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. It is the one things in my life that I have been able to stick to and accomplish. I love to see the resaults and something I have power over.
How I Stay Motivated:
1.My Kids! I want to be healthy and a good example to them.2. Music! Working out would be soooo boring without it.3.Other people motivate me and I am greatful that we all have each other to inspire!
BB Accomplishments:
After my divorce 3 years ago I decided it was time to get my body back. I have been working out since I was 14 but never really taking it to the next level. For the past 3 years I have attended the gym 5-6 days a week for 2 hours. Sometime twice a day. I have ran a 26.2 marathon and a 13.2 marathon. I have really come to love running! It is more challenging than bodybuilding in my opinion. I feel a great accomplishment when people say they can't believe I have 3 kids and I look the way I do. It's a nice compliment, however we are our own worst critics and I want to look at myself in the mirror and be 100 percent satisfied with what I see. It's about enjoying the journey while getting there.
