My mom was very much into exercizing and nutrition, her example to me got me started as a teenager and ive been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. It is the one things in my life that I have been able to stick to and accomplish. I love to see the resaults and something I have power over.

I have had 3 children which has caused weight gain on and off even though ive continuously have worked out. I am divorced two years ago and since then I have religeously attended the gym 2 hrs a day 6 days a week...I am continulous stiving to transforme my body. I have gained muscele and definition. I won't stop untill I have the body I want. I have ran marathons and body building has helped increase my performance

Always changing up my work out to keep things interesting. I have laid of the weights a bit but have not cut them out entirely...and added more cardio. I have found for my body type i put on muscle pretty easy and I look bigger. I want to to be feminine but with lean muscle.
Just catching up with everyone. I've been off the sight for a while. Been trying new eating habits and traing. I feel Great. Changing my workouts about every 6 weeks. I also added in outdoor activities: track and Hiking. I have this endless supply of energy now.
