Dislike my body at the moment, in photo's I look fat (although I managed to find 2 good ones, the rest are embarassing), I don't like what I see so I have to change that. Plus I will be 30 soon, and it will be a life changing experience to stay fit for life, and have the best body ever.
Why I Love It:
To have a great body and to stay healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Training makes me feel good afterwards, cause I know my body is changing (and always aches LOL). A lady in the gym said today " you have lost weight, yeah I can see it" (17/05/07). I know I am accomplishing my goals if other people notice.
BB Accomplishments:
I have around 24% body fat, which is average for normal weight. I want to bring it down to 14-15% body fat and will end up losing around 6-10 lbs (not sure yet as muscle is heavier than fat).
I'm good, thanks. Just like you, things are slow but I feel good about myself. Only one of us looks as good as we feel though :). You're making excellent progress so there's no surprise there. Hang in there.
ahh that makes things tough so things should be back to normal soon then ,, well once you are back in you will feel better about your training have a great weekend
it is really cool and encouraging when others notice the difference and tell you... we see ourselves ever day making it hard to see the difference all the time. that's why I want to wait as couple of months before my next progress pics ... to see how much a difference there is . I look forward to seeing your progress pics once you have them posted I am sure you look great
