How I Started:
I started out wanting to stay healthy and fit. After seeing glimpses of the early days of the Ms. Olympia competitions my idols became Rachel McLish and Cory Everson, and I've been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel, both physically and mentally, before, during, and after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes all I have to do is look around to see examples of how I don't want to look. The rest of the time I stay motivated because I can really feel the difference in my health when I miss training sessions.
BB Accomplishments:
I am always happy when I notice my clothes fitting better yet the scale remains the same.

Hey I started the gym about a week ago, but I have been intimadated by the machines ( I am sooooo confused) so I have just been walking on the tredmill or eliptical trainer then heading to the tanning bed. I really want to do more but I am just scared a little of doing it wrong looking stupid, etc.
