I completed a weight loss program, dropping 115 pounds. I had been told, that I would have about a year and a half to work towards skin retention, and knew I needed help beyond myself.
Why I Love It:
My goals were to strengthen and tone. I have worked with my trainer since November 2008. I have gained lean muscle, and dropped an additional 8 pounds and have visibly seen my skin regain its normal elasticity. I am stronger, and more driven with regard to exercise and fitness than ever before in my life. I am lifting more weight than I ever thought possible, and loving it. I have increased my cardio to 6 days a week, and am seeing phenomenal results.
How I Stay Motivated:
My personal trainer is very professional and seems to know when to push you, and when enough is enough. He not only gives direction about fitness, but diet as well. His workouts are always challenging and something to look forward too, never boring. This may seem amazing, but this is my ‘first ever’ in working out in a gym, and working with my trainer has made it an awesome experience, one I look forward too.

My goal is to replace body fat with lean muscle, and to increase my stamina in my daily workouts.
Goal (Long):
Currently I work out 3 times a week in the gym, 1x with a personal trainer, and 2x a week solo. I also do cardio 5 to 6 times a week, with the intent of keeping my metabolism up. My diet is currently 6 small meals a day, following the Calories In/Calories Out program.
