How I Stay Motivated:
Clothes size :) Knowing that this is a better me. Showing myself and my children that you determine how far to take your dreams and not to let society determine when your dreams should stop.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing weight (embarrassed 35 lbs.) and the muscle build up so far. Building upon my determination and knowing this is a better way of life. Succeeding at being a certified fitness trainer and loving it!

I want my clothes size to stay a 4/5. To do this I must keep burning fat. I plan to increase my cardio and weight lifting. I am going to strive for committment, but realizing that a small step back never means give up, but to keep going.

Hair is coming along good, somedays I don't know what to do with it cause it just hangs heavy, so I put it up messy. I have set a short term goal for Feb. 8th, so I am keeping my head up..How about you?
