How I Started:
I started working out for the third time in my life this past January. Once again it has become my New Years resolution. I have had an on going battle with my weight. This time around I am not feeling guilty or putting on any excuses for myself. I fear as always that I will go back to my old lazy ways but this time it is not going to impair me from reaching my goal.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me insight to what I can accomplish and how far I can take my body, mind and soul.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading a lot of material that has to do with working out and losing weight. I fine that looking at pictures of women I want to look like distracts me and makes me feel that I can not achieve that body. So I do set my goals based on other women and their perfect bodies but I mostly just read a lot.

Goal (Long):
I want to give myself the opportunity in life to live a healthy life style and be an active person. I want to be able to be happy in my own skin. I want to be able to enjoy the beach, wear a nice top, and maybe a bikini again one day. I have been over weight now for the past 10 years and I am only 27 years old. I have been fighting off my weight for the passed 10 years without reach my goal. I have lost more then 60 pounds and put it back on twice. This time I want to change my life for good and become the beautiful person I am on the inside reflect on the outside. I want to reach my ideal weight of 160 pound by the end of this year.

Isn't that such a great place to be! I used to play sports when I was in high school but the competitiveness in me just died once I started college. So nice to have that fire back! Helps me stay motivated! God luck with your goals girl, you've got this!
