Goal (Long):
When I was a little girl, Ive always wanted to have a sixpack, ive always seen all these celebrities on TV with nice bodies and i always asked myself, HOW CAN I GET THERE??Now im in the Army and i just had my second baby and Im now currently in Iraq, and I have nothing but time on my hands to go excercise.Im at 207 pounds right now and my goal is to lose 60 more pounds but at the same time gain some muscle. I got here to Iraq on February 2009 I was 242 pounds and i was on HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE along with the diet.Now i have lose skin everywhere, at this point i dont know if i should stop losing the weigh and tone up or just continue on losing the weight and tone up at the same time. My goal here in Iraq is to lose 60 more pounds but gain muscle. I have until January of next year if my unit dont get extended.But I know I can do this in these amount of months thats left.

Thanks for the motivation. Yeah we can be each others motivation. Its a plus when people are in your corner. I just got back from the gym. It feels so good to be in there. I love the feeling of the sweat then to walk outside in the air~the freakin best!
