I saw an image of myself in a storefront window. I couldn't believe it was me. I mean I've always been fit and lean...to see myself like...like that...I don't know... it did something to me. It made something click inside me.
Why I Love It:
I love the sense of accomplishment after each workout and being able to fit into my clothes.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at photos of me at my heaviest weight, and chant, "my thighs won't touch, my thighs won't touch", when I feel the burn of workout.
BB Accomplishments:
I can finally do REAL push-ups! Yeah!

Okay, so I'm taking my fellow body space member's advice and I'm starting to blog. This is a major vent session for me, so if I lean heavy toward the negative, it's just the pressure talking. Alright, I'm in week six of my body transformation and I don't really see the type of progress I'm...
You are doing GREAT!!!! Don't worry we will amp it up next week. We will hit heavier weights early in the week and lighter weights later in the week. We can try that HIIT workout and see what results we can get. Less than 10 weeks til Hawaii!
I am so proud of you. Your progress pictures show just how hard you have been working. Keep up the hard work and I know you will get to where you want to be. I know how determined and persistent you get when you put your mind to it. Soon we will be some very hot and fit mommas. Love you sis!!!
If you want a program that helps you achieve great results I suggest the 12-week Body for Life program. You will get rid of bodyfat as well as get
into great shape. It has a nutrition plan along with weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. We were both amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
