How I Started:
I started lifting weights in highschool and continued in college while playing football. Then furthered my bodybuilding while serving in the Marine Corps
Why I Love It:
The feeling of accomplishment after each workout session and the overall way you feel after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading articles posted on BB.com and other types of media such as Flex, Muscle and Fitness etc.
BB Accomplishments:
In 2005, I was able to get my bodyfat down and muscle definition to a point where friends and family could notice the significant change. I was also able to stick to a pretty clean diet.
