unspokengift Damn.... I just looked at your recent pix. Wow you look good!! If I were you I'd really pound it out on some nice deep sqauts/leg press with different feet variations/Lunges/ box step ups/ leg extentions. Those will all will really shape and tone your legs and glutes up nicely. Other than that you're doing damn good. Keep up it!! D. Jan 31, 2012 11:13am
