I joined Weight Watchers at work. I participated in a Biggest Losser game at work.
Why I Love It:
I do like how I feel when I am done working out. I like how I feel for the rest of the day after I work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
My team keept me motivated, now that the competion is over it is much harder to stay motivated, So please feel free to leave motivation comments and tips :)
BB Accomplishments:
I have changed my normal diet to eat healthier than what it was it is far from strickly healthy but better than it was.

I would like to get my weight down around 127lbs

1.I have seen what weight does to my face, so I dont want to have more than one chin or feel round. 2.It would be nice if my thighs did not touch. 3.I have seen working out the chest and living healthier can help shrink breasts. When your chest is in shape your breasts will look higher and firmer. 4. I dont need a washboard of abs but something that is less like a tire is desirable.

Well it was been a while since I have wrote on here.

My newest motivation is my grandma's 80th birthday party which is in 14 days. Something like 30 of my family members will be attendingĀ and of courseĀ I want to look good. I know best results take time but these events are what motivate me....
