Goal (Long):
Dropped down to 189 the weekend before May 18, 09. started my new 6 day split routine on May 18, routine is set for 15 weeks. Doing high volume training for the first 8 weeks, then weeks 9, 12, and 15 will be focused on high reps moderate intensity.
