Goal (Long):
Like most people I wanted to have a physique that I could be proud of. I tried countless fad diets and exercise programs only to be disappointed with the end result. I then decided to see a nutritionist by the name of Keith Klein that a friend had recommended. Keith put me on the right track with eating properly for the type of physique I was trying to achieve. After succeeding my goal of having a muscular and lean body, Keith suggested I should look into fitness modeling. So I'm going for It!!!!
My calf routine that I wrote in my body blog. I call it 10's.
10 set on standing calf raises for 10 reps with only 10 seconds of rest in between sets. the rest time is the most important part of the exercise. Once you get to the 8th second get ready for the next lift. When the weight starts to get so heavy that you having trouble getting ten reps lower the weight. Always start at the heaviest weight and work your weighs as need to get you ten reps in. Let me know how it works for you. If you not having trouble walking for the next couple days then you didn't do something write? Let me know if that happens. JL My calf routine that I wrote in my body blog. I call it 10's.
