How I Started: WELL I WAS IN WRESTLING IN HIGH SCHOOL AND WEIGHT TRAINING GAVE ME A BIG GAIN ON THE COMP. SO I JUST STUCK WITH IT BUT JUST THIS PAST YEAR GOT INTO IT A LITTLE HEVYER AND AM LOOKING TO DO A SHOW SOON.
Why I Love It: ITS THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD TO KNOW YOU DID SOMETHING BY YOUR SELF BUT MOST IMPORTENTLY FOR YOUR SELF.
How I Stay Motivated: THE PUMP U GET IS UNLIKE ANYTHING YOU COULD EVER FEEL
BB Accomplishments: MY LIFTS ARE PURE AND STRONG. I DO EACH REP WITH PERFECT FORM AND CAN STILL PUSH A LOT OF WEIGHT

well i went and did it i hurt my back and now i am paying for it i cant lift for a week maybe two but i am going to try to do some chest and arms to give my self some thing to do but have to stay away from anything that has to do with my back. i hurt it doing dead lifts and new i should have...

Ahh I see. Sounds like a tough thing to maintain. I'd have a really tough time structuring what I eat, but I probably do it and don't even realize. I'm kinda selective about my food choices

Hey bud! So great to hear from you! Glad your maxes are going strong. My new Smith machine is helping a LOT to get my pecs and legs more to size. Although not for a comp, I am busy 'cutting' currently and target is end June08. When is your comp? Yeah man, your bicep routine made me think alot and helped to re-arrange my current routine. My golfers elbow is actually a bit better so I can pound bigger weights. Wish you a GREAT weekend buddy and train HARD. Gert

I just got that machine, and yes I love it! I tend to tense my upper body too much doing heavy smith squats. So the next day, my traps would always be more sore than my legs! I will keep in touch:)
