Overall Goal: to bulk back up after cutting so much weight for my first show. to at least get back to 185 then take my time and hope to grow to at least 205 before cutting for another show.
Fit Status:
I am in my off season right now and have not bulked too much so i am still really cut and put back on a little size.
WELL I WAS IN WRESTLING IN HIGH SCHOOL AND WEIGHT TRAINING GAVE ME A BIG GAIN ON THE COMP. SO I JUST STUCK WITH IT BUT JUST THIS PAST YEAR GOT INTO IT A LITTLE MORE AND AM LOOKING TO DO ANOTHER SHOW SOON.
Why I Love It:
ITS THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD TO KNOW YOU DID SOMETHING BY YOUR SELF BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR YOUR SELF.
How I Stay Motivated:
THE PUMP U GET IS UNLIKE ANYTHING YOU COULD EVER FEEL

MY LIFTS ARE PURE AND STRONG. I DO EACH REP WITH PERFECT FORM AND CAN STILL PUSH A LOT OF WEIGHT

did my first show the north star. felt good about the way i looked for the most part lost a lot of size cutting. went from 185 to 154. but still looked good i think

well i went and did it i hurt my back and now i am paying for it i cant lift for a week maybe two but i am going to try to do some chest and arms to give my self some thing to do but have to stay away from anything that has to do with my back. i hurt it doing dead lifts and new i should have...
Awesome that you got a house!! I got engaged!!! That was my "bulking" stage :D LMAO but were back into now.. Already dropped almost 10lbs (healthy) and working harder everyday!! Keep at it pimp!
Hey, hey! Looking fab! haha I'm doing O.K. Not great though... I haven't been lifting! I don't know what's been wrong with me lately... I'm starting back today though and I know I'll feel better.

sorry to hear about your cicumstances, Im sure it will get better for you. I have to go light now for the meantime, according to my health now. I have a docs appt next week so he'll tell me whats right for me. lol
I hear you, don't rush into putting size back on, you look awesome but when your ready you'll add it on. Im trying to take it off at least ten and look more lean and perhaps more in shape, but Im grateful for what size Im in now. lol, chat with ya later on the way to night classes...
I hear you. There's nothing wrong with three days a week. Im juggling also, and today I have lots of homework and felt ill. I went to the gym and only did 30mins of abs was under the weather perhaps tommorrow I can do an entire hour. lol
