Ahh I see. Sounds like a tough thing to maintain. I'd have a really tough time structuring what I eat, but I probably do it and don't even realize. I'm kinda selective about my food choices

Hey bud! So great to hear from you! Glad your maxes are going strong. My new Smith machine is helping a LOT to get my pecs and legs more to size. Although not for a comp, I am busy 'cutting' currently and target is end June08.
When is your comp?
Yeah man, your bicep routine made me think alot and helped to re-arrange my current routine. My golfers elbow is actually a bit better so I can pound bigger weights. Wish you a GREAT weekend buddy and train HARD. Gert

I just got that machine, and yes I love it! I tend to tense my upper body too much doing heavy smith squats. So the next day, my traps would always be more sore than my legs! I will keep in touch:)
