Thanks for the words of encouragement. I love the work you do. Especially the black and whites. Always been a favorite!

Your poor daughter! I know how it must be. I'm the only female in my household 1 man, 3 boys and two chihuahuas.

Well, I don't know about wanting to stay after school, but they always ask me to flex or ask me how much I can bench. I'm known as the "buff teacher"! Now, if I could only get them to exercise their brains!

About sponsorship, I haven't sought any, and really don't know how to go about it. I just compete because I love the personal challenge and the terrific people I've met. I don't know who would sponsor an "old broad" anyway, Maybe AARP? LOL! I teach English as a Second Language and reading to 7th and 8th graders. Been at it for 23 years! By the way, you look terrific!

Look who's talking about "amazing!" All the best to you for the coming year! Will you be at the Ironman in Pasadena either checking it out or working? I'm planning on being there (checking it out, that is). Congrats on the Iron Man edition. You're an inspiration to many!

I always get told I'm too hard for figure. Especially now that they are going for the much softer look.

Gosh I WISH that were the case. I actually took thirteenth out of 17! The girl in the red took first. That is Gina Allioti who earned her pro card at that show. I think the other girls standing with me in those pics took the first 5 spots!. I think the judges already had in mind who they were going to choose. My point was that at 45 I felt like I could stand on stage with a 21 yr old and hold my own! Gina was 21 in that photo!
