How I Started:
I've been a soccer player ever since I could walk which always kept me active and working out.
Why I Love It:
Working out is that "me-time" that nobody can interfere with. I can enjoy breaking a sweat making myself look better one rep at a time.
How I Stay Motivated:
The best revenge, is making yourself better.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, it isn't a bodybuilding accomplishment but I've got back to pre-preggo and with some more work I'll be looking better than ever!

First look at yourself than look at people who are close to you and you family. It no good to give alot of money to charity when you child or even brother cant have a meal. okay nice talking to you. I learned alot from you but I gotta go thanks for the info on Multi Scelois
