lonecrow You have to eat 4k of GOOD calories. I dont eat ANY junk food except for one meal a week. That's all. Go into the nutrition forum and browse there. You will have a lot of information/ideas on what to eat. This is a clean bulk you wanna do. Also the pic that I have in my progress was taken 1 week after I ended a NO Xplode creatine cycle... lonecrow You have a good frame to work on buddy. If I were you, I'd eat 4000 calories, not 3k. Have at least 250g of protein per day. The basics; Weight training 3-4 times a week and LIFT HEAVY! Do yourself a favor and go to a gym, its worth every penny. Keep me posted! Mar 14, 2007 4:30pm
