Background

When I Started: Jan 1997
HOW I STARTED:

ran cc in high school for 4yrs and got into the gym after school alot.

WHY I LOVE IT:

its social and its fun to see results.

tuesday: Hit the gym about 6p, i do shoulders/Abs/arms/back/side abs/calves and then throw other things in too.
wednesday: Hit the gym about 6p and do all the above
thursday: gym by 6p same as above.
Friday: on or off day

ok, i take supplements so i need to know which ones makes you grow bigger and make definition pop. I watch alot of wwe(no im not 10yrs old, its the man soap) anyway i see guys like Randy Orton and i like his style hes cut but want to be big like John Cena..what supps combine those traits...i was a guy who wants instant gradification but now get that some thingd take time and food selection. so aside from fish and seafood, what foods slim you down that you can eat at pretty much any style places?

I need a mental boost soo bad right now. i just cant gain at all and i am not changing like i want to, i try to keep thing different but i am at a body stall! my upper abs are in good shape but the lower gut wont go away even though i do ab pull downs every time i go to the gym and i do jackknifes and all that too. my arms wont grow, my back wont grow er define really because i can lift more and more but i dont see anything defining. i dont want to be lean in three main places on my body...arms/ upper neck/ and abs(as in-really defined). lean can be every where else! what supplement do i need...
