My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

heavy bag for 20 minutes followed by upper body monster circuit ( 3 exercises in a row followed by a short rest period and doing 9 different exercises ) Then finishing with a 15 minute ride on a exercise bike.

then the next workout day I will do a lower body circuit instead of upper body and I will rotate abs in with either day on different weeks.

The kicker for the week I am now adding an insanity workout at my local powerhouse gym ( wow ! talking intense..lol! )
