Took this pic the day before I decided to eat clean so my hard work in the gym would pay off
I have now learned how to make time slow down...Detox!! Somehow, by not allowing myself to eat everything I want..I have effectively added hours on to the day....Do you know how long 8 hours is? I do...cause I laid awake for all of them last night willing myself not to get up and go...
Weight Training one muscle group 5 days per week. Do cardio first thing in the morning 4 days per week for 30 min. On the weekend, I do one day of rest and one day of a slow-burn cardio (5 mile interval walk). Have seen alot of muscle growth in this 12 week cycle.
Hey Kymberg, where you been hiding out? Hope all is going well and that you're having a great weekend. How's your diet and training going? I am on a mass gain program right now until summer when I'll start cutting.
Depends on the day. Sometime I feel young and other times.... You get the pic!
Training is going well, just need to get it down right and make it routine. Hope yours is going well.
