How I Started:
My wake up call came on Christmas day 2008. I had just finished opening all my gifts when, like clockwork, my mother said, "LETS SEE IT ON YOU!" So off I went to my bed room to change into my new clothes she felt I needed. Well the tag said 13, so I figured, yeah that shouldnt be a problem. The problem was that it WAS a problem. They were the tightest pair of 13's I ever tried on. My boyfriend Josh came in to my bedroom to find me bawling on my bed. Yup, that was the turning point! I have never been below 160lbs...so I made my long term goal 135lbs. I know it's still a long road ahead of me but I am ready! I weighed in at 177 this morning and I am ready to get off the weight and build the sexy muscle!

I keep looking at my wedding dress, and those sexy pair of jeans I bought from Victoria Secret! :P Can't wait to be the sexy arm candy my fiance deserves!

You've made great progess! It takes time to lose from those problem areas and you're not the only one who struggles with the loss. You've got a great start though. Keep up the hard work!
Aw medicated sucks :( you ok? i remember going on T3's and hitting the gym lol not a very good workout almsot fell asleep at the bench press table haha :P
