How I Started:
My wake up call came on Christmas day 2008. I had just finished opening all my gifts when, like clockwork, my mother said, "LETS SEE IT ON YOU!" So off I went to my bed room to change into my new clothes she felt I needed. Well the tag said 13, so I figured, yeah that shouldnt be a problem. The problem was that it WAS a problem. They were the tightest pair of 13's I ever tried on. My boyfriend Josh came in to my bedroom to find me bawling on my bed. Yup, that was the turning point! I have never been below 160lbs...so I made my long term goal 135lbs. I know it's still a long road ahead of me but I am ready! I weighed in at 177 this morning and I am ready to get off the weight and build the sexy muscle! Update: (Nov.12.2009) - Nov.9.2009 was my first day on Steve78 Psychotic Fat Destruction plan! I'm sticking to his simple nutrition plan, and his kick @$$ workout! Updates will come every 2 weeks...watchout people! I feel a change coming on :D

How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking at my wedding dress, and those sexy pair of jeans I bought from Victoria Secret! :P Can't wait to be the sexy arm candy my fiance deserves!
