Hey what up dude! How are you doing with working out and everything? when can we work out again? im off for the summer and i got bigger since the last time you saw me.
uh yea im eating alot. hey what if i reach 170lbs before next year cause im gaining alot n quick. should i still cut or should i wait till next year? n when u noticed tht ur shoulder hurt, did u work ur shoulders the day before? cause alot of guys who said they had shoulder problems said they injured it in the gym n then it began hurting the next day.
haha no. no one i kno is into hockey. n that sucks that u tore ur shoulder blade. how is cutting going? did u loose anymore weight? i gained a lil more.
oh, I walk ten minutes before and sometimes after i workout to get warmed up and get the blood flowing. But ussually, once a week i will do light cardio if any at all.
i will as soon as my sister lets me use her camera or i could use my dads cell. but i got bigger. oh and question,uhmm, how long should my workouts last? I currently workout for ussually two hours. but today it was almost two and a half hours. ive heard from some people that two hours is to long and others say its fine and while im working out i try not to rest very long. so do you think i should shorten my workouts or is two hours fine? And i will try to get progress pics up soon.
uhmm, i've been on the creatine matrix from controlled labs for about two months. And my dad just bought me some creatine monohydrate from GNC and i've been using it for a week. Should i stop for a month? Also, what other supps should i be taking? and since i wont be cutting over the summer, when should i sart?
yea i thought about it but im not sure yet. Right now, i still need to get bigger. So im not sure yet, ill just wait a month or so then decide. Oh and im taking in about 80oz. of water. Is that enough?
I was 130lbs. but know im 140-145lbs i might be 150lbs know idk. The supps im taken is just 100% Whey protien and just ran out of creatine but was taking a creatine matrix fom controlled labs. And im taking beta aline for recovery and a multi vitamin. I eat like crazy know.
hah! Good man. Im going to 1614 now. I go sunday-thursday, 5 days a week. im ussually there for about two hours. Its been almost two months and ive already gained 10-15lbs. Im trying to get up to 150-155lbs. and then lose bodyfat if i have to.
