Goal (Short):
Basically to shred down, lose fat while maintaining the muscle I have. Develop my stubborn chest!
Goal (Long):
I bulked up for about 3 years and reached 240 lbs. I was real strong but didn't like the bulkiness I felt. My running capibilities were shot along with my agility and flexibility. Now I would like to just keep the muscle I have and increase definition, ALL-NATURAL.

Thanks bro, lookin great! Solid!...Yeah, I make sure I get enough complex carbs throughout the day to keep my energy level up..I mostly take them in morning-afternoon..lowering intake as the night hits..All about portion control and making sure you get enough of what you need to make it through the day. high protein, mod carb, low fat.
