the diet I was on is my "summer diet" just
low carb and low fat. about 2000 cal six days and 3000 one day. In the winter not quite so cut. in that pic I was about 190 in the winter i am in the high 190's .

yo, Yeah it sucks having low test, i've been doing nothing for the past 10-12 days besides: Smoking pot, sitting around...etc i have 0 motivation to do anything. DON'T GET THE GEL!!! Get the injections. The gel has been doing jack **** for me.

I actually weight 159, instead of 170..
ive been this way since july...I bulked up to 187 this past winter then cut the fat over a 12 week period with the insane workouts I have...
check out my plans bro, i may have something u need to hold on to that muscle while u cut..

as for dairy, i eat the **** outta egg whites..plus 2 whole eggs daily..i drink my post workout shake with 2% milk..other than that, no dairy.
i have some insane workouts to get cut..
