When I was 15 I weighed around 200 pounds..I was at the doctors one day and he told me that my family had a hisotry of diabeties. If I wher to keep on the same path I would have been diagnosed for sure. So I decided to change my life
Why I Love It:
Makes you feel good about yourself..Its changed my life and now I wish to pressue this as my career. Now becoming a certified personal trainer
