actually i started with 5 lbs and 4 sets of 50 reps- then worked up to 10 so now i do 4 sets of 10 lbs 50 and follow quickly with 4 sets of 15 for 10 or 15 as a superset- watch my workout journal to check my shoulder workouts:)
