Overall Goal: I want to get larger legs, chest, arms, sholders, wings, but most of all I want to tone up and loose the beer gut I gained while stationed in germany.
Fit Status:
I WANNA GET BACK IN THE GYM GRRRRRRRRR DAMN ARM!!!!
My supervisor while I was deployed to Iraq was this massivly buff guy that was committed to the gym and he made my lazy ass start getting in there then it became addictive till I got back from deployment cause well I gained 50 lbs in the matter of 2 weeks so I was just like F- IT. But I started to go back to the gym with one of my buddies who also was a gym fanatic. Been trying to go 5 times a week since then which was like 7 months ago but with a crazy work scheduale it was difficult to maintain such a routine.
Why I Love It:
being in a better shape just lifts my spirets the better shape im in the happier and helthier I feel. Plus I am an all around nicer person when I am exhasted from the gym. Plus on days I do not go to the gym I have a really hard time sleeping just dont get wore out enough.
How I Stay Motivated:
To be honest I havent been home in 3 years I stay motivated by thinking wow if im in great shape when ever I finally do go home to visit thats how everyone will remember me haha..lame i know sorry.

I do push ups and sit ups 6 days a week the amount I do verys by how much work I have to do at work. I try to run 2 times a day! first right after work out, for about 30min 10 min fast walk/10 min run (7+ miles per hour), 10 min fast walk, second time i jog 40 min at about 6 miles per hour. I work out one body part a day and take a day off after doing a leg work out.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 3 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
20%
