My sis bought me my first bench when I was in middle school, and it's been a passion ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results, I love feeling good, beeing confident, and I love the atmosphere of a gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to notice anyone who is bigger and better than myself. This pushes me to improve.
BB Accomplishments:
After losing nearly 20 lbs due to injuries my senior year in highschool, I've gained back 30 in my first year of college.

LOL isn't that the truth! Work lets out, and gyms are full especially on Mondays. Around 5 years ago, I used to be a part of Spectrum and just used the women's section. I love my gym now, small but can still find a few scattered around the US. What if you travel? Where do you go?

yeah no sh*t!!! I've already made that mistake myself!!! Took me a long time to get the little size that I have back!!! Trying to do it right this time..I've got some help with the nutrition this time though..makes a big difference!!
