My sis bought me my first bench when I was in middle school, and it's been a passion ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results, I love feeling good, beeing confident, and I love the atmosphere of a gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to notice anyone who is bigger and better than myself. This pushes me to improve.
BB Accomplishments:
After losing nearly 20 lbs due to injuries my senior year in highschool, I've gained back 30 in my first year of college.

i'm hitting the iron and cardio hard to get some size and def. you are bustin' with the guns man. my goal is 17", and you seem to have that kind of size (regardless of actual stats!). how often you hitting pipes?

Thanks bro! Training is getting there... I'm about to crack 180lbs! I'm pleased thus far with the progress in my shoulders. Arms: I had a sharp pain in my tricep tendon after HEAVY skullcrushers... so I flipped to Dips... I see progress. How about you Captain Canons?
