My sis bought me my first bench when I was in middle school, and it's been a passion ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results, I love feeling good, beeing confident, and I love the atmosphere of a gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to notice anyone who is bigger and better than myself. This pushes me to improve.
BB Accomplishments:
After losing nearly 20 lbs due to injuries my senior year in highschool, I've gained back 30 in my first year of college.

How ambitious of you! :) that's really awesome for real. Who did you get certified through? Yeah, he's my workout partner most days! we don't always do the same thing though... There's another older guy that goes with us too who's a LOT better spot than me! LOL!

I've been really good! I totally know what you mean about drama at the gym, we're having a similar issue at ours, except it's involving Steve. Really stupid and now wishing we hadn't signed a contract so we could find a new one. Still might anyway, been looking into an Urban Active the next town north. Good luck finding a place though... how long have you been personal training?
