I'm sure you've probably heard, but you need a good pre workout energy drink like NO Xplode, then a complex protien/carb supplement like Myoplex 20 min after.
However Food is the most powerful anabolic there is, keep tabs on your diet and you'll see better results than anything else.

hey man, yeah its possible to do so but it takes a lot longer than bulking then cutting down, your best bet is to gain as much weight as possible over the winter, then diet and cut down around spring, I have done this for years now, and I'm at the point where I have to stay lean year round for jobs I have. But I'm also not trying to gain any more mass.
