How I Started:
I've played football my whole life and have been working out with football as my main goal and priority. Since Graduating from college, my focus has changed from football to physique and symmetry. Recently I've been working as a fitness/underwear model and have gotten work in a few movies that were shot on location.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy that it isn't an exact science, and the challenge of figuring out how my body best responds to different types of methods.

My diet is changes depending on my goals at the time, I spent years eating massive amounts of calories, 5000+ a day to build up as much muscle as possible, then around...

I have 5 weeks before I am done with this military deployment and get to see my family again. So it sounds like I don't have time to do both. What do you recommend me doing to be able to get lean?
