How I Started:
I smoked for years and i decided to get healthy and I feel in love with the high I get from lifting. If I happen to miss a day I actually get sick and feel horrible. It's a way of life for me now.
Why I Love It:
The high it gives me and it's not a habit.....it's a lifestyle!!
How I Stay Motivated:
my workout partner, jGuesford. And the results that have shown.
BB Accomplishments:
Shoulder growth of about 5'' Chest growth of about 4'' Waist decrease from 36 to a 32 Loss of about 5% bodyfat [all prior to website creation]
