When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
The start of my working out came the need and want to get into the United States Air Force at 286 lbs i was told by the recruiter that my max weight was 197. Eight Months later that realization of 197 was tumbled down when i weighed in at 199 and got a waiver to get in the USAF.Later only to be honorable discharged due to weight. It seems to be that the Air Force Dont need Airman that are on the heavy side of the scale, with the constent reminder and monthly weigh in the stress released and weigh came back. Eight years later 100 pounds heavier the goal to be lighter is here again.
Why I Love It:
When I work out I am calmer and feel better. Not to mention i start to look better.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard to stay motivated, i have three little girls that constently desire and demand attention. When i look at them and dont see my self in thier future i get my butt back to the gym. Coworkers help the motivation process part of the time until they decide to quit, or find something better to do.
BB Accomplishments:
none to date but hope to fill this with something. besides i have a space on the mantle aching to be filled with an object.
