I was sitting at a fat 185 pounds and wanted to change that so i went to my gym in june of 06 and started working out

i just love trying to sculpt myself into what i have always wanted to be
How I Stay Motivated:
lately, ive started a diet and eat very clean, its helping me keep my eyes on the prize
BB Accomplishments:
dumbbell bench pressing 90 pound dumbbells 3 times (may be small 2 sum of you, but not me. its coming from a guy who could only do 55s about 5 months ago)

what do u mean 155 on roids equals fail. ive been eating 4,000 to 6,000 calories a day . drinking my 2 gallons of liqioud and busting my ass in the gym. am only 5,10, and all of my weight which is currently 156 is all upper body mass. i have no legs what so ever. if i concentrate more on the legs i will be looking at around 170lb ,
