Over recent months I have started using a pair of dumbbells that have enabled me to get good results, which perhaps are not very visible, but of which I am proud. Because before dumbbells the exercices I've been doing were bodyweight exercices, now I'm not training a lot because I'm preparing for entering at the university. What about you?

Thanks for the add. So far so good about gains and staying cut. No one's going to push you around while playing Lacrosse. Andre
