How I Started:
I have lifted for years, but havnt in about a year due to two lung surgeries and a heart surgery, I'm DOING GOOD NOW!!!
Why I Love It:
CAN YOU SAY ENDORPHINS!!! their is no better high than exercise, and i love living healthy and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking good, and feeling great is the best motivation!

I have always been interested in fitness modeling, and would like to persue that as something on the side. I have always been sort of a "hard-gainer", but as i get older i have noticed the ability to keep weight on.
