I quit smoking then I started running 4 years ago and did some weight training. Now I'm getting seriously committed to have a hard solid body.
Why I Love It:
I'm hooked now because of this web site!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want a healthy and strong body. Also I want to have a happy relationship with the woman I love. I get motivated every day by seeing results.
BB Accomplishments:
I started body building seriously late last year. I'm trying to loose fat and gain muscle and strength at the same time.
