How I Started:
I never touched a weight in my life until my senior year in high school (2003). When i lived their I worked out with a friend of mine (hkypro74) and he got me started. After moving back to Dallas I lost motivation and stopped hitting the gym. It's been 6 years since I've been to a gym. Now I have a super hot girlfriend and we have a 1 1/2 year old daughter and I am ready to get my @$$ back in gear and where I want to be.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the dramatic change in personal health and how much better I feel on a daily basis. Also I play hockey and this helps to keep me playing at my best!
How I Stay Motivated:
My friend Hkypro74 probably keeps me motivated the most. My girlfriend helps to motivate me and also the personal gains and progress I make keeps me pushing to that next level.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I'm starting from ground zero again, my main goal right now is to lose the extra pounds and start getting back the toned body I had before. After I get there I'm gonna start building the mass and bulking up again.
